Be The Love

In a deep conversation with my father, I expressed that a recent understanding I had that love, unconditional, non-judgmental love was the key. The feeling filled me to want to help others; to help them feel this deep feeling and peace that came with it. I talked about my ideas on cultivating this quality of vibration we call love. My father, in his wisdom told me that if I wanted to cultivate this quality of love then “Be the love, be the love you are looking for”. Those words penetrated my mind and heart. At first I didn’t understand but as I pondered and meditated on those words over a couple weeks I started to feel the feeling coming from me. I found that instead of looking to cultivate the feeling from outside sources that the source was coming from my own heart and enveloping my body and the area around me. I also understood that in being the love that also meant letting that feeling be the motivating factor in dealing with others.

Admittedly I do not always act with that as my core motivator in dealing with others, but I am working on it. I have found that when confronted with conflict or when my “emotional guidance system” (The Law Of Attraction: The Basics of the Teachings of Abraham, Esther and Jerry Hicks) informs me that I am off course then I have the ability to center to that emanating feeling and be guided from that place; and when I do, things work out better every time.

As my research into the Metaphysical I have found so many references to this kind of feeling and the source being the inner-self. After years of studying and finding people and books that harmonize with what I have found on my own, I have realized that I sometimes take for granted that not everyone understands this or how to reach this level of awareness. I realize that many people are searching to experience this kind of peace all the time only to feel like they are failing.

If you are searching to achieve this feeling I first and foremost want to assure you that you can indeed do it. The most important thing to understand is that no matter what you hear or read from me or anyone else, the answers lie within you. When you come across some information that you feel resonates with you, it is good, go with it until you feel it conflicts your deepest belief. Whoever, I have found that as we cling to beliefs as absolutes we limit the extent of our understanding. Only by being willing to let go of past beliefs that no longer server you can you move into deeper more relevant understanding of yourself and the world around you.
It is my profound desire that something that I have to say might help you in some way, but I do not want you to believe me or even think of me as a teacher. We are all have access to Universal Intellegence through our Inner/Higher Self, furthermore we are all equal, there is only one race, the human race, there is only one kind, humankind. I am merely sharing what I have learning as I have made it my life’s purpose to devote myself to the deeper understand of self, higher consciousness and Metaphysics. My greatest desire is to inspire you to look within to find the answers you hold in you inner-self.

Techniques to Help with Self-Awareness

Truly there are so many techniques, tools and programs that have been created on this subject and there are many more to come. It is vital that you look at them with a sense of non-judgment. You will find that some of the theories, philosophies, techniques and tips can at times seem to contradict. That is ok because we are all on different paths, some things may help a number of people in a way that doesn’t help you, again that is ok. You will find what harmonizes with your own soul and find peace within.

I am going to give you the names of some of my favorite authors on this subject. I will also share a few different programs that exist that I have found very helpful. I will also share with you a personal technique that I find very powerful.

There are many authors out there I recommend reading anything from Dr. Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Ernest Holmes, Gregg Braden, Esther and Jerry Hicks, Neal Donald Walsh and Louise Hay. I recommend the “Holographic Universe” by Michael Talbot, “Conversations With God” by Neal Donald Walsh, “Life and Teaching of the Master of the Far East” by Baird T. Spalding, “The Divine Matrix” by Gregg Braden, “Autobiography of a Yogi” by Paramahansa Yogananda and I also recommend looking for a book called “The Book or est”. There are many more but these are very helpful.

There are many programs out there NLP (Nero Linguistic Programming) has become a common and noted as a very affective technique in making lasting changes. Techniques taught by Jerry and Esther Hicks in “The Law of Attraction” and “Money and The Law of Attraction” are also very good and very useful. Ernest Holmes teaches some fantastic tools in his “Science of Mind” literature. There are different kinds of centers where these things are share. T.I.C. (Teachings of the Inner Christ) is an organization that teachings so much in this area.

The one technique that has been very helpful for me is to focus on being the love that I want to see the world. Feeling the unconditional love, caring and concern for the well being of all emanate from my source. If this confuses you, I will discuss it more in detail later.

In my latter postings you will see some of these techniques outlined to help you progress. I will give specifics and share with you much of what I have learned.
